This is a busy and diverse role, assisting residents with their day-to-day activities such as showering, delivering meals and much more. Therefore, you will need to be resilient, kind and patient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in personal care.Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care to residents under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse
• Working as part of a team to support creating an enjoyable and safe home for residents

You will be a passionate individual with genuine compassion for all kinds of people from all walks of life. To be a successful you will bring:

• A keen interest in wanting to kickstart your career as a Caregiver with a genuine passion for aged care
• Eager ability to learn and pick up new skills
• OR have previous experience in aged care, and hold a relevant Level 3 Health and Wellbeing qualification (or equivalent).
• Be a team player and be able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks.
• The ability to work on a rostered and rotating shift pattern (including mornings, afternoon and weekends).
