We are continuing to grow and are looking to add a results-oriented Acquisitions Specialist.Company: Prime Real EstatePosition Title: Acquisitions SpecialistReports To: Director of AcquisitionsSalary: $36,000/annually + commission on every closed dealJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In Office – Edgewater, NJSchedule: Minimum of 40 hours per week. All times are Eastern Standard Time Zone.

  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 6 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 6 PM
  • Every other Saturday of each month: 10 am-1 pm

Whenever a client needs assistance or business demands require additional hoursResponsibilities:

  • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
  • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
  • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
  • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2+ years of phone or call center experience (US real estate background/sales experience is preferred with a proven track record)
  • Very articulate, confident in speaking with foreigners, has a neutral accent
  • Able to determine the motivation and pain points of the seller
  • Has a customer-centric mindset and not just after hitting their numbers
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” who wants to serve and add value

  • Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
  • Ability to work during EST hours on weekdays and some Saturdays
  • Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and customers
  • A roll up your sleeves, and all-hands-on-deck mentality to cross-functional tasks and assignments
  • Strong relationship management and the ability to drive multiple tasks to completion successfully
  • Resourceful team player and a positive “can-do” attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
